Shipping policy
Where we ship. Everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not available this season.
Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on every order. Express shipping is offered at checkout from December 9 to December 14 for last-minute orders.
Made to order. Every item is printed to order in the United States. Production takes 2 to 5 business days (stockings, tree skirts, and blankets up to 7), then 2 to 5 business days in transit with USPS or UPS. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Christmas delivery. To arrive before December 25, order by:
- December 4 for stockings, tree skirts, and blankets
- December 6 for personalized ornaments and gifts (standard shipping)
- December 8 for everything else (standard shipping)
- December 14 with express shipping
Orders placed after these dates will still be made and shipped, but we can't promise arrival before Christmas. We show a banner on the site when a cutoff has passed.
Address changes. Email us within 2 hours of ordering if you need to change the address. After that, the order may already be in production.
Lost or damaged in transit. If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package arrives damaged, email a photo within 14 days and we will send a replacement at no charge.
